Although I am a busy college student working two jobs, I still love to go to the gym whenever possible. I try to go four times a week, but sometimes life gets the best of me, and I can’t make all four of those times. The gym is my way to clear my mind and focus on myself! Below is my current workout plan I have been doing for the past few weeks, and it has been working out for me pretty well.
Arms
- Bicep curls 4×10
- Reverse curls 4×10
- Shoulder press 4×8
- Tricep extensions 4×10
- Overhead tricep extensions 4×10
- Lateral cable flies 4×8
- Cable bicep curls 4×8
Legs/butt
- Cable hip extensions 3×10
- Cable hip abductions 3×10
- Leg press calf raises 4×10
- Seated leg curls 3×15
- Seated leg extensions 3×15
- Adduction inner thigh machine 3×15
Abs/cardio
For cardio, I like to change it up occasionally and do a few different things like the 12-3-30 on the treadmill, go on the stair master for 10-15 minutes, or put on a podcast and go for a walk if it is nice outside. For abs, I like to look up a YouTube video ranging from 10-15 minutes and do it on a yoga mat in my room.

I am no gym professional and don’t know what I am doing half the time, but my current plan works well for me and makes me feel good! I hope you try out this plan and let me know how you like it!
